Healthy Dessert or Snack

I Love love this…i am just now discovering the delicious uses of cottage cheese.

I know, i know im really late… BUT i am having fun creating my healthy menu with the cottage cheese.

So this was my dinner/snack for tonight, it is really filling and really healthy..i added Honey to have nice sweetness to it…Next time im probably going to put in some cinnamon..

Avocados are really healthy, ive read that this fruit is high on calories, BUT its ok to eat this delicious thing..they are good calories 🙂 and its got healthy fats
