Breakfast

 My breakfast, when im lazy to make anything thats really good to have in the morning.I usually do this before my cardio and have some green tea with honey..

I’ve been reading so many things about whole wheat and white bread,some many other things  about bread..and it gives me a headache. Sometimes i dont even know which to eat.Bread this,bread that..UGH! Picking a healthy food choices and reading things about them sometimes is not a good idea..They will give you great reviews followed by the not great review.

Advice: Eat in moderation…

That is so much better!
